Kiat Sing will give a talk on how the subject-matter of the human entered her art. She will begin with a brief sharing on the genre of figure painting in traditional Chinese ink painting. It is her vision that we can appreciate Chinese ink painting and feel related to it in our modern living, and not view it as an art of a distant past.
